The Problem
The Problem
You've had the thought more than once. "I think what I've been through could actually help people... I just don't know how."
So you've sat with it. Maybe you've pictured the keynote, or the podcast, or the coaching practice. People in your life keep telling you you should do something with that.
But every time you try to start, you hit the same wall - you can't pin down what the something actually is. Not the story. You know the story; you lived it. It's the point you can't find. The thing it's for.
So it stays where it's been sitting for a while now. In your head. In a folder. In "one day."

What It’s Costing
What It’s Costing
Here's what that costs, quietly, while you wait to feel ready.
Here's what that costs, quietly, while you wait to feel ready.
Every month you spend trying to figure this out alone is another month the person who needs what you've learned doesn't get access to it. They go and find it somewhere else - from someone with half your depth who simply started sooner.
And every so often you see someone on a stage, or hosting the podcast, or running the programme, talking about the very thing you've lived - and a small voice says that could've been me. Followed straight away by the louder one: who am I to do that anyway?
Here's the truth underneath all of it:

People don't pay you because you've been through something. They pay you because your experience helps them get through something.

When lightning strikes twice, you stop believing in silver linings.
At 20, I lost my sister Nicole to a careless driver while she was travelling in Thailand. Twelve years later, my mum Julie was killed by a careless driver in Wyoming - the same unthinkable nightmare, on repeat.
I sat in Nicole's room choosing the dress she'd be buried in instead of married in. Nobody's "just stay positive" got anywhere near that.
But here's what I learned in the years after: healing never came from trying to rebuild the life I'd lost. It came from building what was next. I couldn't find the good in what happened - so I looked for what I could do with it. There were real problems sitting right there: travellers dying on dangerous roads with no safety education, dangerous drivers facing no real accountability. So I got to work.

That choice became a nonprofit that's reached 200,000+ students, national travel-safety campaigns, and ongoing work to change Wyoming's laws. It became four books, a TEDx talk, a podcast heard in 50+ countries, and 300,000+ people spoken to.
None of it was planned. All of it came from the same decision: to build something from what I never would have chosen.

What You Get
In five minutes and three questions, you'll walk away with two things.
One - the one problem your experience is built to solve, named in a single sentence. Most people tell me it's the clearest they've ever been - the thing they've been circling for years, finally in words.
Two -the type of platform that fits it - speaking, coaching, a book, a non-profit, or something else Not a vague "follow your passion," but a real read on the shape your experience is actually built for - so you stop guessing and second-guessing.
This downloadable guide gives you the exact framework to uncover these answers for yourself, moving you from guessing to taking definitive action.

If you've been circling this for months - telling yourself you'll start when you're more ready, more certain, more something - this is the smallest possible first step. Five minutes. One sentence. And a far clearer sense of what you're actually here to build.
And somewhere out there is the person who needs exactly what you've learned. The sooner you get clear, the sooner they find you.
